RTH Marketing
Founded in 2001. Strategy, websites, search, campaigns, content, and customer communication.
ABOUT RICK
I’ve been on both sides of the marketing budget: the one spending it and the one accountable for what it produces.

MY BACKGROUND
Marketing decisions never happen in a vacuum. There’s payroll to make, a team to keep busy, customers waiting, and an owner with limited hours.
I founded RTH Marketing in 2001 and have worked with healthcare practices, manufacturers, schools, recreation businesses, online stores, technology firms, and local home service companies. The industries differ. The same problems keep showing up: an offer that’s hard to explain, a website that doesn’t produce inquiries, and follow-up that depends on whoever happens to answer the phone.
I’ve also run an ecommerce business, so I know the details behind a sale: product pages, customer questions, shipping, returns, and the repeat order.
As Founder and CTO of Solvoren, I build software for customer communication and business workflows. That means when a problem is really a systems problem, I can see it, and I can talk to the people who build the fix.
THREE VANTAGE POINTS
Most marketing leaders bring one of these. The combination is why I’m useful in the CMO seat.
Founded in 2001. Strategy, websites, search, campaigns, content, and customer communication.
The everyday decisions behind an ecommerce business: inventory, customer service, and what’s worth spending on.
Founder and CTO. Software architecture, product development, and communication and workflow tools.
WORKING WITH ME
I’m comfortable in the details. The point is to make your decisions easier, not to add another layer.
No channel or campaign gets suggested until I understand your business, your customers, and your constraints.
Every plan says what we’re doing, why it matters, who owns it, and how we’ll judge it.
The ad, the website, the inquiry, and the follow-up call are the same experience to your customer. I manage them that way.
I’ll tell you when something is an observation, when it’s an assumption, and when we need more data before spending more.
