Nobody owns the result.
A web person, an ads person, maybe an agency. Each one reports on their own piece. Nobody tells you whether the whole thing is paying off.

FRACTIONAL CMO · WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
I lead marketing for owner-run businesses: the plan, the budget, the people and vendors doing the work, and an honest look at what it’s producing.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
Most of the owners I talk to are already spending on marketing. The problem is that nobody is responsible for the whole thing, so it gets decided in pieces.
A web person, an ads person, maybe an agency. Each one reports on their own piece. Nobody tells you whether the whole thing is paying off.
Calls go to voicemail, web inquiries sit for a day or two, and quotes never get a follow-up. The marketing did its job. The handoff didn’t.
You approve the posts, chase the vendors, and make the budget calls late at night. That works until the business outgrows it.

MEET RICK
I’ve spent more than two decades where business, marketing, and technology meet, usually as the person responsible for all three.
I founded RTH Marketing in 2001. I’ve also run an ecommerce business, and I build software as Founder and CTO of Solvoren. So when I look at your marketing, I’m also looking at your margins, your team’s time, and what happens after the phone rings.
I ask direct questions, I’ll tell you what I would stop paying for, and I stay accountable for what we decide together.
THE ROLE
Goals, spending, and which channels deserve your money this quarter.
Your staff, freelancers, and agencies, pulling in the same direction.

Leads, cost, and results in plain language, and what changes next.
INDUSTRIES
A patient, a homeowner, and a parent decide in different ways. The work starts with how your customers choose.
HEALTHCARE
Websites patients can use, easy appointment requests, and a steady stream of reviews.
LOCAL SERVICES
Showing up in local search, service-area pages, and a fast answer on every call and quote.
RECREATION
Parties, memberships, events, and booking that works on a phone.
IS THIS A FIT?
START A CONVERSATION
The first conversation is about your business, not a pitch. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so.
